    I have bought items and when something goes wrong and I need to use the protection plan I purchased they tell me they will send a return by email and never do.

    All stores do this. And because they all use the SKU code instead of actual price tags in items, unless the consumer has a photographic memory, it’s very easy for them to get away with.
