It’s always an interesting time when McDonald’s releases new menu items.

Sometimes those items are a hit, like the McRib.

Other times those items are complete failures that are quickly forgotten. Does anyone even remember McDonald’s pizza?

This new batch of items likely includes some of both.

It will be interesting to see which are which.

Snack Wraps

This is more of a rerelease. McDonald’s Snack Wraps were a fan favorite during their initial release in 2016.

Their initial discontinuation was due to the prep time required to make them, not customer demand.

Sometime in 2025, they will be back, hopefully, to stay this time.

Boo Buckets

Halloween is fast approaching which means it’s time for McDonald’s popular Boo Buckets.

This year’s Boo Buckets feature a new monster-themed design, complete with vibrant colors and the iconic McDonald’s arches on the handles.

Big Arch

The Big Arch is probably the item getting the most publicity right now. It’s being billed as a modern take on the Big Mac.

It features two beef patties, cheese, crispy toppings, and a new sauce.

It’s currently being tested in select locations before its late 2024 release date.

Chicken Big Mac

The chicken sandwich trend started a couple of years ago and has only become more popular since then.

The Chicken Big Mac switches out the two beef patties for two chicken ones. All other ingredients are the same.

The Big Mac and the McChicken are both popular in their own right, so it will be interesting to see how they go together.

We will find out in late 2024 or early 2025.

Mini McFlurry

The McFlurry is already a hit. Offering it in a smaller size just makes it more accessible to people watching their weight.

The new packaging is not just smaller, it also comes in new environmentally friendly packaging.

September 10th was the launch date, so you can head over to your local McDonalds now to give it a try.
