    if i was locked up over there and water broke down brick walls and flooding were im at i have to take that chance to survive out side the prison too...but were the hell could i go if everything around me is flooding its a do or die sittuation no matter what i bet most of the inmates are dead from running rite into a whole lot of water ..over 6 hundred thousand displaced man that flood water is everywhere
