absolutely disgusting!!! deregulation at its worst!!! don't force them to follow the rules for disposal; they dump highly contaminated materials in our oceans!!! greed in deciding NOT buy into the farce and pay/comply with regulations and openly expose everyone to diseases!! imagine what our oceans and waterways will look like when trumpy completely guts ALL govt regulations and protections for profits?!!!
