Police find man and woman dead in RV in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Homicide investigators are searching for answers after police were called to a scene on Philip Street, a one-way alley between York and Cumberland Streets in North Philadelphia, where they found a man and woman dead in an RV parked in the road.

Officers arrived at the scene just after 2 a.m. on Saturday morning. They found the man in “a severely decomposed state” on the bed inside the RV and the woman dead on the steps of the vehicle.

She was pronounced dead by medics at 2:24 a.m.

Authorities have not released a cause of death for either victim.
