Whether it’s cold out now or not, blanket season is well underway for fall enthusiasts. Even if you have to crank the AC up to enjoy all of your newfound blankets, it’s worth it for when the true crisp fall air comes our way. And if you’re on a quest to acquire as many comfy blankets as you can for fall, Aldi’s upcoming plush blanket should be on your radar. It comes in two sizes and is very similar to a Lands’ End style that’s originally over nine times the price.
From Sept. 18 to Sept. 24, Aldi is selling Huntington Home Twin or Full Fall Plush Blankets for $12.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle of your local store (while supplies last). This cozy blanket is made with 100% polyester to create its “super soft plush fabric,” according to Aldi’s site. And as we mentioned before, it comes in two sizes too: Twin (63 inches by 90 inches) and Full (76 inches by 90 inches).
This Huntington Home fall blanket comes in four variations of separate colors and textures. There’s a blue ribbed blanket, which is a deep almost navy blue. There’s also a pink ribbed blanket which is a very pale pink. Then there’s a blue stars blanket which has stars as its textured pattern, and cream wave, which has wriggly lines straight down with dots in between.
As we mentioned before, this Aldi blanket is very similar to a Lands’ End style: the Channel Stitch Faux Fur Throw Blanket . It’s currently on sale for $83.96 (but it’s usually $119.95) and the Antique Blossom Faux Fur color is very similar to Aldi’s pink ribbed fall plush blanket in how it looks. It’s ribbed on one side (though Aldi’s is ribbed on both) and it’s made from 100% polyester just like all of Aldi’s blankets. It’s also smaller than both sizes at Aldi; Lands’ End’s blanket measures 50 inches by 60 inches.
While a $13 Aldi blanket probably isn’t as thick or doesn’t feel the same as a usually $120 throw, it should do the trick of keeping you cozy and warm this fall and winter. So if you don’t want to spend more than $15 on a plush blanket, Aldi’s Huntington Home Twin or Full Fall Plush Blanket is worth checking out.
