It's located on the 3rd floor, which is the Club level, between sections 306 and 307.7News obtained a joint statement from the team and family on the memorial.<blockquote>"The Washington Commanders and the Wetzel family are proud to unveil the Walter 'Blackie' Wetzel Memorial at Northwest Stadium. In 1971, Blackie created an iconic logo worn by Super Bowl-winning teams and fans across the globe.
