Sarah Cohodes, an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, joins Paul E. Peterson to discuss Cohodes’ recent research, which details how charter schools in Massachusetts helped increase college graduation.
