Half of the problem is the public scrutiny because people only take out their phones and record what happens after police show up but not what happened to make the police have to show up in the first place, and the bs media makes it out that police use unnecessary force without seeing what caused the problem, or negating the fact that people are fighting with the police and putting them in the position to have to decide how much force is necessary or if lethal force is necessary, so the police always get screwed in the end and not the guy fighting with them
