Exclusive Cash Storm Trailer: Heist Goes Wrong in Tornado Disaster Movie

ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive trailer for Cash Storm, the upcoming tornado disaster comedy. This comes after Breaking Glass Pictures has acquired the worldwide distribution rights to the movie.

“After a group of bank robbers crashes their getaway car in the path of a tornado, their stolen cash gets swept into a funnel cloud,” reads the synopsis. “Two scientists rescue the robbers along with a chatty influencer, embarking on a comical, stormy odyssey.”

What happens in the Cash Storm trailer?

The video features bank robbers teaming up with a group of scientists to bring back their money after it got swept away by a tornado. As for the scientists, who have no choice but to comply with the felons’ demands, they believe that their device can stop the tornado. The film is scheduled to make its debut on Tuesday, October 8.

Described in the same vein as Twister and Hard Rain, Cash Storm is written and directed by Dan Lantz. The film stars Graham Wolfe as Jake, Rachel Aspen as Peta, Rachel Nielsen as Margie, Xavier Michael as Charlie, Shelby Hightower as Bobbi, Becca Jackson as Sasha, and more. It is produced by Richard Wolff and Susan Helfrich.
