George County Kidnapping Suspect Apprehended

Police have apprehended the suspect for whom a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) was issued from the George County Sheriff's Office regarding the kidnapping case of 16-year-old Thomas Blevins.

34-year-old Logan Barber, believed to be connected to the kidnapping of Blevins, was apprehended in George County on Friday, September 13, 2024.

According to a press release from George County Sheriff's Office, Blevins, belived to have been held against his will by Barber, has been safely located by authorities.

Blevins and Barber were reported to have been seen together in the Rocky Creek Community. Barber is currently in police custody.
