Whitmer senior guard Antione West, Jr., has narrowed his college choices to two finalists, Nebraska and Purdue, Panthers coach Anthony Stacey confirmed to The Blade on Monday.

West had previously announced Nebraska, Purdue, Ohio State, and Dayton as his final four schools, but will now decide between Fred Hoiberg's Cornhuskers and Matt Painter's Boilermakers.

He is rated a four-star prospect by ESPN and a three-star by 247Sports and On3.

West recently visited both finalists, including Purdue this past weekend. He previously told The Blade he appreciated Purdue's culture and Hoiberg bringing his NBA experience to Nebraska.

Last season, West led Whitmer to a state final-four appearance in Division I as a junior, averaging 20.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. He shot 48.3 percent on 2s, 36.7 percent from 3, and 82.9 percent from the foul line.
