<body><div>Spread the loveIn Wales, an apparently abandoned, frightened puppy was found wandering the streets with a heartbreaking note attached to his collar pleading for help.According to Hope Rescue, located in Llanharan, United Kingdom, the dog was found on August 26 in the Treoes Lanes, Bridgend earlier in the day. He had a note taped to his collar asking the finder to help him. My name is Chase. i am very friendly and kind of good with kids. i need a new home as my owner cannot take care of me. please help me. thank you.</blockquote>Chase was very nervous when he arrived; he had been seen running loose for some time before anyone was able to catch him, so it took time for him to begin to trust the team. After a week or so, Chase started to come out of his shyness state and began to realize the staff and volunteers were at the rescue center to help.<figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=0ViKxf_0vYJz7bu00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=0ViKxf_0vYJz7bu00" width="940" height="788" ></figure>He is now in a foster home and he is getting friendlier and more comfortable by the day. His foster family has two other dogs, and Chase is adapting very well.Rescue organizations are full; we need more foster families, more adoptions and the best way to control the pet population is to spay and neuter. In July, Hope Rescue received 156 calls to take in 226 dogs. In July, they accepted 72 dogs and so far in August have already taken in 146 dogs.
