Meeting through a friend

Kirk and Julie reportedly met through a mutual friend and dated for a year and a half before they got married.

They tied the knot on June 29, 2014.

To celebrate their tenth anniversary, Kirk posted on Instagram a series of photos with the caption: “Today we’re celebrating 10 Years of marriage. Time flies when you’re having fun!”

Julie can often be seen cheering on her husband from the side of the football pitch, along with their two sons.

Kirk sustained an ankle injury in the second half of a Minnesota Vikings game in 2023.

However, he is back in the game and will be playing in the 2024 season.

Partners in business

Julie is known as a businesswoman and the co-founder of the Julie & Kirk Cousins Foundation .

In November 2022, the celebrity pair also became the owners of the Clearbrook Golf Course in Saugatuck, Michigan .

They said that they bought the golf course in order to make it better for golfers.

Julie and Kirk released a statement saying: “We want the course to be a great experience for golfers, so we will begin by making small aesthetic changes, such as burying power lines that run overhead through the course and adding some perimeter landscaping.”

Julie and Kirk have welcomed two boys, Cooper and Turner.

First son Cooper was born on September 29, 2017.

Second son Turner arrived in March 2019, with Julie posting a pic of her newborn captioned: “Almost one week with our precious angel baby, Turner Moses! We are so in love!”

However, Julie does sometimes share insights into their family life by posting snaps of her sons on Instagram .

She shared in 2024, that the family had settled into their new home after Kirk transferred to the Atlanta Falcons after six record-setting seasons in Minnesota.
