Hosts of the "ShxtsNGigs" podcast James and Fuhad are under fire after appearing to laugh at racist jokes about Black women.

The backlash began after clips of a previous podcast episode featuring James, Fuhad, and comedian Andrew Schulz surfaced on social media.

During a conversation about the "Black girlfriend effect," the group discussed the trend of men getting buzz cuts and shape-ups when they start dating Black women. Schulz went on to make racist statements and promoted stereotypes about how Black women are violent and “complain about sh*t all the time.”

"They shave their hair because they start losing it because they're stressed being around a Black girl who complains about sh*t all the time," Schulz said of men who date Black women.

"They grow a beard because there's more cushion when they get slapped the f** out of," he continued.

"I think the Black girlfriend effect might be a protective instinct," the comedian added, seemingly referring to men protecting themselves from the alleged violence of Black women.

Social media users condemned James and Fuhad for allowing Schulz to spew racist stereotypes and laughing with him.

"The fact that Andrew Schulz felt comfortable enough to display this type of racist and discrimination in the presence of Black men is alarming, and on top of that they are fully giggling and cheesing at the harmful and negative stereotypes we are trying so hard to distance ourselves from — truly sickening," one social media user wrote.

"Black men, while most of your age mates are standing behind the women in their communities, you are still using your platforms to perpetuate narratives that so many Black women are working hard to erase… make it make sense! Not only are these narratives incredibly harmful, these racial stereotypes have a systemic impact on our daily lives and they are literally leading to the death of so many Black women across the globe…" a post about the video reads.
