What'a the status with Kelly Monaco and Lindsay Hartley?

Lindsay Hartley has replaced Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall) three or four times since 2020. Recently, she was in the role at the funeral of Kristina Corinthos Davis's (Kate Mansi) baby.

On Thursday, Hartley was back as Sam and some Virginia fans were asking if she would remain until the character dies. This brings to mind Marcus Coloma (Nikolas Cassadine), who did not finish the time on his contract once he found out he was being let go.

Adam Huss stepped in and now has the role, although he is only on camera briefly. To answer curious Virginia fans, Soap Hub reports that Lindsay Hartley filmed her recent episodes when she was last taping for General Hospital.

The soap often tapes out of sequence, but viewers still don't have the desired information. Will Kelly Monaco return for Sam's final scenes, or will Hartley remain in the role? Stay tuned to find out.
