Southern California is set to experience gusty winds and light showers over the next few days, according to the National Weather Service. Strong southwest to west winds will continue through Monday evening, with gusts reaching up to 65 mph in some areas like the Cajon Pass and the San Diego deserts.

Light showers and drizzle are expected to develop in San Diego County and the coastal foothills on Tuesday morning, with more drizzle possible Wednesday morning. A low-pressure system will move inland later in the week, bringing additional chances of rain on Thursday and Friday, before warmer, drier conditions return by the weekend.
