LSU guard Flau'jae Johnson has "promised" that she's 6'0 tall and requested that the Tigers alter her height on its official website.

Johnson , 20, who is set to enter her junior season with LSU , is currently listed as 5'10 but believes she has grown since she was last measured. The college athlete, who is also a rapper and a popular internet personality, has now started her own podcast and already featured guests such as Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and fellow NCAA athlete Paige Bueckers.

Her latest episode was a more wholesome interaction as she welcomed her mom and younger brother onto the show. It was here where she attempted to convince her mom, brother, and fans that she was indeed six feet tall.

"I got measured too, so I'm officially 6'0 with shoes on," Johnson said to her mom, Kia Brooks, who is also her agent, on the " Best of Both Worlds " podcast. Johnson's younger brother, Aythan, then coughed as he suggested that the LSU star wasn't being truthful.

"He thinks I'm lying, bro, oh my god, I'm not lying Aythan," Johnson added. "Everybody always thinks I'm lying. Aythan be quiet bro, you are being messy, you need to stop being messy. Aythan is lying. I promise I'm six feet tall. Make sure they add that on the website LSU women's basketball, please, and thank you."

If Johnson is telling the truth, it could significantly boost her future WNBA Draft position. The Tigers guard is already an NCAA champion after being part of the roster that beat Caitlin Clark's Iowa in the 2023 national championship game but vastly improved in her sophomore year.

Although Johnson is expected to have a successful WNBA career, she's got a lot of career prospects to fall back on if things don't work out. Johnson has over two million followers on Instagram and is already considered one of the highest-earning college basketball players from name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals.

Johnson's "Best of Both Worlds" podcast is also growing, but it's her music career that has really taken off. The LSU guard signed a record deal with JAY-Z’s Roc Nation and released her debut album in June.

"I still feel like I haven’t scratched the surface of my capabilities… I just want to be the best version of myself," Johnson told REVOLT. The college basketball player wanted to continue her father's legacy after he was tragically killed six months before Flau'jae was born.

Her father, Jason Johnson, went by the rapper name "Camoflauge" but was shot and killed in May 2003. The case remains unsolved to this day, but Flau'jae wants to continue rapping in his honor.

"I feel like his legacy was cut short," Johnson said. "It was taken from him. That's why I sometimes feel like it's my duty to finish what he started."
