Kaiser is a lovable 5-year-old black Labrador Retriever mix who has been through quite a journey. He came to Talbot Humane back in June when his family was unable to manage his medical needs. With medication for his skin allergies and a special diet, Kaiser is now thriving and ready to find his forever home. While the shelter environment can be stressful for him, outside the kennel, he turns into an absolute sweetheart who adores everyone he meets.
