i can agree with that comment and add one more important detail. TEPPER STAY OUT OF THE FOOTBALL SIDE AND LET THE FOOTBALL PEOPLE FIX IT. Unfortunately with the mess they inherited it may take longer than anyone likes but it can be fixed. Who knows with Young watching from the sidelines and getting a different perspective it may help him get right before the season ends and can make an impact. Benching has helped other players why not him and look how Love responded watching Rogers in Green Bay after a rough start to last season. No I'm not trying to compare Dalton to Rogers but Young has the tools just learning a little different way to use them by watching and studying without the added pressure of being on the field for awhile can work wonders especially for a competitor.

I don't think that Carolina should give up on him. He's a talented QB, and I truly believe he still has the hunger to play. He got screwed by bad previous coaches. Let him watch the game and listen to the players and coaches, and I am willing to bet he will be ready 😉
