Below Deck Alum Chef Ben Robinson Reveals His Wedding Is Canceled

Below Deck’s highly prized Chef Ben Robinson had a difficult summer with his fiancée, Kiara Cabral . Sadly, this saw their relationship deteriorating to the point of a canceled wedding. After dating for four years, Chef Ben popped the question in May 2023. While a failed engagement period sucks, it’s a gift they can realize their fates now, allowing them to avoid a messy divorce later on down the road.

Chef Ben Robinson has canceled his wedding

Chef Ben does not post often, so when he does take to his socials, it’s always a great idea to take note. Sadly, his latest post finds us here, sad, since his engagement period has just crashed and burned. Kate Chastain , for all of us gathered here today, please head to Chef Ben’s house to make him laugh. STAT.

As for his post, Chef Ben notes that his adventures as of late “have been difficult. I am no longer getting married … We have decided to go our separate ways,” he explains, noting that “this is the best decision for both of us.”

Like a proper gentleman, Ben refused to elaborate on the circumstances that tore them apart. “I would rather not discuss the reasons behind these decisions,” he penned. Instead of spilling the dirt or pouring us some tea, this legendary Below Deck chef only wants us to know that his life circumstances have changed.

As for how Chef Ben is currently coping, he is doing okay. But he hopes that “With any luck, my grievances will be overshadowed by the support of my loyal followers, friends and family. You always give me strength. I’m excited to continue my culinary inspirations with my non-gaslit cooktop and [a] trusty blowtorch. After all, nobody deserves a troublesome flame,” he self-deprecatingly writes, further reminding me why I loved him on Below Deck.
