PEYTON Manning couldn’t believe a crucial mistake made by the Philadelphia Eagles in their Monday Night Football loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

The NFL Hall of Famer watched the late fourth-quarter moment live alongside his brother Eli Manning and Falcons icon Matt Ryan during ESPN’s ManningCast.

Philadelphia was up 18-15 with 1:46 left in the fourth quarter.

The Eagles were on Atlanta’s 10-yard line on 3rd-and-3 with the Falcons having no timeouts.

Instead of running the ball and chewing the clock, Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts threw the ball to running back Saquon Barkley , who dropped a would-be first down that would’ve sealed the game.

Peyton Manning , Eli, and Ryan watched the sequence and all three were astonished.

The Denver Broncos legend Peyton instantly put his hands on his head, jumped out of his chair, and walked around to process what had happened.

He then sat back on his chair as Ryan said, “(The Eagles) had it.”

Eli, meanwhile, had his hands on his head in befuddlement after the Barkley drop.

Peyton reminded TV viewers that Ryan wanted the Eagles to pass a front-shoulder throw before the play which ended up not panning out.

“That’s why you don’t throw,” the 48-year-old said about the outcome.

If Philadelphia ran the ball and picked up the first down, the game would’ve been over.

Instead, the team kicked a field goal to give them a 21-16 lead.

But Atlanta quarterback Kirk Cousins had enough time to lead a six-play, 75-yard game-winning drive.

He connected with wideout Drake London for a 7-yard touchdown with 34 seconds left to give the Falcons a 22-21 victory.

It was the 36-year-old Cousins’ first win in Atlanta, and Ryan was impressed with his masterful last-minute drive.

“I don’t know about you guys, but when you moved to a new offense, didn’t you feel like two minutes was like the easiest spot to be in?” Ryan said to the Mannings about Cousins recently joining the Falcons.

Cousins finished 20 of 29 for 241 touchdowns and two touchdowns.

As for Hurts, he was 23 of 30 for 183 yards and two total touchdowns.

Hurts had his final pass intercepted to give the Falcons their first win of the season.

The 1-1 Eagles will go up against the home team New Orleans Saints in Week 3 while Atlanta will host the 2-0 Kansas City Chiefs .
