Harry Styles Regent’s Park encounter: What happened during the compliment
The influencer’s outfit was an abstract-printed, multicolored two-piece set, paired with an orange fedora and beaded necklaces. Davis, unaware he was chatting with Harry Styles, responded with, 'Thanks, bro, you’re looking fly too,' not realizing he was in the middle of a viral celebrity encounter.
Davis continued to chat with the man when a woman approached them asking for a photo. “I’m flattered (clearly, the fit was on point),” Davis explained in his post. “But she points at my new friend and says, ‘No, I mean with him!’” He explained that he ended up taking a few photos of them when a small crowd started forming, full of people who wanted pictures with Styles.
Unaware of why so many people wanted a photo with Styles, Davis explained, “I’m thinking, Okay, who is this dude!?” So, I lean over and whisper, ‘Who are you?’” Styles replied to Davis, saying, “I’m a singer.” Then Davis asked, “What’s your name?”
After the former One Direction singer replied, “Harry Styles,” Davis still had no idea who he was. He ended up googling Styles to see who he was, only to find out he was “crazy famous.” The two also ended up taking a photo together afterward.

While strolling through Regent’s Park, Davis explained he was having a conversation with God and his late mother about life, something he often does when he is home in Miami.
During his interaction with Styles, Davis discovered an unexpected celebrity coincidence — the three-time Grammy winner shared the same birthday as his late mother, adding a heartfelt twist to their encounter. “He was born on February 1 — the same day as my mother. Talk about a cosmic twist!”

The musician, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2010 before joining One Direction, has long been celebrated for his eccentric fashion choices, which made this Harry Styles fashion moment even more significant for Davis..
