In the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the West does not want to defeat Russia, but only to weaken it.This opinion was expressed by the director of the School of International Relations and professor of strategic studies at the University of St Andrews, Phillips O'Brien."The West does not want the collapse of the Russian Federation.
