Louis Vuitton is facing allegations of racial discrimination .

According to TMZ , a lawsuit was filed on behalf of mother Tracy Renee Williams and her daughter Brandi alleging that the pair were victims of "shopping while Black" and were treated differently from white customers at various Louis Vuitton stores.

Willaims claims she preordered and paid for roughly $50,000 worth of items from a Costa Mesa Louis Vuitton store but never received the delivery. When she went to a Beverly Hills LV store, Williams said she was told by a white manager that she was no longer welcome and would be arrested if she came back.

According to the suit, Williams later sent her white assistant to the store, and he was allowed to make a purchase with thousands of dollars in cash. Williams, who uses her social media platform to review LV products, said she's lost roughly $40,000 a month since being banned from the stores.

Williams' daughter accused a manager at a Beverly Hills LV store of refusing to let her shop, believing that she was spending "drug money." Brandi was allegedly threatened to be arrested if she didn't leave the store. She said a similar incident occurred at a Louis Vuitton store in New Orleans.

The mother and daughter's friend, Kristopher Enoch , is also accusing LV of racial discrimination. He cited an alleged incident where a staff member showed a white customer a jacket that he was later told wasn't available when he asked to buy it. According to the suit, Enoch received an email saying he was blacklisted from LV stores.

All three of the plaintiffs are seeking damages and asking the court to order the company to stop blacklisting them.
