the state needs to look at Dr Robbins and his lack of foresight. ant professional in his shoes should have seen this shortfall years ago and broadcast the problems to the governor. if levys are failing, that would have been the next step

what is he going to do when school districts all over the state have the same issue? it is coming. schools in this state are so underfunded it's a joke.
