Rapidly expanding pick-up basketball chain opens first Northern California location

PickUp USA Fitness has officially announced the opening of its first location in the greater Sacramento area at 11135 Trade Center Dr. #160 in Rancho Cordova. This new gym marks a significant expansion for the fast-growing chain, known for its focus on basketball training and community engagement.

PickUp USA caters to both youth and adult basketball enthusiasts, offering specialized training programs, youth leagues, and PickUp basketball with referees. The gym also features weight and cardio rooms, along with personal training services, enhancing its appeal to a broad audience.

The Rancho Cordova location is part of PickUp USA's nationwide expansion, which includes both company-owned and franchised gyms. Currently, the Rancho Cordova franchise is pre-selling memberships and has hosted several open houses and "demo days" to showcase its offerings.

Gursh Bagri, the franchise owner for the Rancho Cordova location, expressed enthusiasm about the community’s response. "The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive," Bagri shared in a recorded interview. "Many in the Sacramento area have longed for a dedicated indoor basketball facility, and it’s been rewarding to see our gym quickly become a hub for basketball players of all ages and backgrounds.
