LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two people were hospitalized after a suspected DUI crash in the central Las Vegas valley, according to Metro police.

On Tuesday around 8:50 p.m., Metro police responded to a report of a crash in the area of Spring Mountain Road and Arville Street.

Police said a black SUV hit two pedestrians and then hit a white SUV head-on. The two pedestrians were taken to a local hospital for their injuries.

Police said impairment appears to be a contributing factor in the incident.

Metro police would like to remind drivers to drive sober. If you choose to drink while you are out, don’t drive. Use a transportation service or have a designated driver to get home and keep the community safe.

Any driver convicted of driving impaired either by alcohol or drugs should be held totally responsible for any all costs incurred by the victims. Should there be a death, the driver should have a trial, be found guilty, and executed immediately. The DA's office here in Las Vegas is just too liberal. Evidence of that statement is the case of Henry Ruggs. 3 to 10 years for the murder of a woman and her dog while doing 150 MPH plus while impaired. This is an example that if you have money, you can almost get away with murder with little to no consequences for your illegal behavior.
