The incident occurred late Monday night on the 100 block of Lincoln Way West in Chambersburg.Local authorities have arrested two suspects, Kainpest Hilaire, 27, and Steven Thomas, 41, who were seen in the area on the day of the incident. The two were later apprehended at a residence on the 1900 block of Ashley Drive where an intense police operation took place Tuesday morning.
