    Pagers used by hundreds of members of the militant group Hezbollah exploded almost simultaneously Tuesday in Lebanon and Syria, killing at least nine people, including an 8-year-old girl, and wounding several thousand. Jim Maxwell, a former FBI agent and bomb technician, says the tactics used in the apparent Israeli attack against Hezbollah are “nothing new.”
