Seven Mississippi men have been arrested in connection with a months-long drug investigation.

The Pearl Police Department announced the arrests of the individuals involved in the illegal sale and distribution of narcotics. The operation, conducted by the department’s narcotics unit, resulted in the seizure of several illicit substances, including various pharmaceuticals, crystal methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

The coordinated efforts of multiple divisions within the Pearl Police Department, alongside assistance from the Richland and Ridgeland Police Departments and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, were key to the operation’s success. Authorities emphasized that this effort is part of a broader campaign to crack down on illegal drug sales and reduce drug-related crime in the community.

The following individuals were arrested and charged:

    • Bruce Smith (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
    • Joseph Rabon (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1,500 feet of a church
    • David Bradly Scott (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1,500 feet of a school
    • Ryan Harper (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1,500 feet of a movie theater (2 counts)
    • Jonvel Lewis (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
    • Kaleb Ingram (Pearl, MS): Possession of a Controlled Substance
    • Nicholas Sanpaulin (Pearl, MS): Sale of a Controlled Substance

Officials have not yet disclosed further details, but the investigation is ongoing as authorities continue efforts to stem drug activity in the region.
