A town official in Vermont, his wife and her son are dead after being found shot in there home over the weekend, according to state police. 46-year-old Brain Crossman, a select board member in the small town of Pawlet, Vermont, Erica Crossman, 41 and her son Colin Taft, 13, were all found dead Sunday in their home in the small town of about 1,400 people near the New York state line. Police said in a news release on Tuesday night that all three deaths were ruled a homicide.
