Another great plan without considering infrastructure (Roads) that will not handle the additional traffic. Also add in the fact that Route 16 is only 2 lanes and already congested.

Same way camel county has been doing for the past several years. He can’t even drive through Alexandra a morning and evening now that’s all they wanna do is build build build a city wanna move out here and don’t know nothing about the country.
