In a recent interview on The WAOK Morning Show , Founder and President of The Franchise Player , Tarji Carter discussed her mission to increase franchise ownership within the Black community. With over 15 years of experience in franchise sales and development, Ms. Carter aims to bridge the diversity gap at the ownership level in the franchise industry.

The event, known as the “ The Franchise Scrimmage ,” will feature many powerful speakers and will cover topics ranging from building a franchise empire to converting small businesses into franchises.

Ms. Carter also noted that the event is free for all HBCU students. She expressed excitement about the opportunity to empower attendees with valuable insights and resources.
