They are, but if you didn’t verify that they were licensed and insured? Guess what? You are 100 percent liable !!!! Your insurance probably isn’t going to cover because it was contracted work, and you might, as you see I said might, get stuck paying out of pocket…. READ THE CONTRACT!!! People seem to still after a century or more DONT get it!! READ THE CONTRACT!
