Cocktail of the Week: Cinnamon Apple Jack Sipper

Cooler weather calls for cocktails that comfort you and warm your soul, and this week’s featured drink does exactly that. This is an original recipe from The Palms Supper Club, and was created by Penny Borchardt.

Cocktail of the Week: Cinnamon Apple Jack Sipper

• 2 1/2 oz. Apple Jack
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
• Cinnamon
• Sour soda
• Apple slices, for garnish

Measure the Apple Jack and lemon juice into a shaker to combine. Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top with sour soda. Garnish with a slice or two of freshly cut apple, add a dash or two of cinnamon – then serve and enjoy.
