Two teenage girls from Victorville were arrested after allegedly brandishing a knife and spraying a store worker with some type of chemical during a robbery in San Bernardino County Wednesday.

Deputies were flagged down by the employees outside Wrightwood Fine Food Market in the mountain community of Wrightwood around 11:15 a.m., the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stated in a news release.

The workers told deputies that the market had just been robbed by two girls who placed items inside their backpacks and then became violent when store personnel attempted to stop them.

“One of the juveniles brandished a knife at an employee and the other juvenile sprayed a chemical agent in the employee’s face,” the Sheriff’s Department stated.

The suspects, identified only as female juveniles aged 14 and 16, were quickly located based on descriptions from the workers and have been booked at High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center, the Sheriff’s Department said.

Anyone with further information was asked to contact Deputy R. Montoya at 760-552-6800.

juvenile my fucken ass, you want to pull out knifes and rob a store you will be held accountable as an adult, so SBSD hold them as adults and put them away for 5 years.

Because of their ages, at the most, after being found guilty of FELONIES, they would get to C.Y.A. (Ca. Youth Authority). A type of incarceration, a Juvie type prison. But, it's Victorville, and this crap, and worse, goes on, every day.
