the coffee shop owner may have went a little postal, frustrated about the lack of communication with immigrants. Some immigrants think American owes them something and learning to speak English to assimilate into American society is the last thing on thier mind. There is know way the shop should be closed. Tell the migrants to learn English and stop riding those scooters with reckless abandon.

‪i understand the urge to shut it down, but I lived in DC my whole life and we’ve always say go learn some English. What is different about this because oh he was at work and he was filming it’s been going on for years. I don’t get it if he couldn’t understand him then why he couldn’t tell him to go learn some English ‬
