Fans Think Adriana Lima Recently 'Dissolved' Her Fillers After Looking Unrecognizable In 2023: 'Our Old Adriana Is Back'

Adriana Lima ‘s fans thought she looked unrecognizable when she attended the Los Angeles premiere of The Hunger Games: The Ballad Of Songbirds & Snakes in November 2023. Most notably, her fans thought her “face” seemed distinctly “different” at the premiere, which caused them to take to social media and insist she had plastic surgery and fillers due to her “swollen” and “unrecognizable” appearance.

Fast forward ten months, and the 43-year-old former Victoria’s Secret Angel looked very much like her old self (pre plastic surgery rumors!) when she attended the premiere of The Thicket at AMC The Grove 14 in Los Angeles. This not only made her fans very happy, but also made them think she had her rumored fillers dissolved in order to look like the Adriana they knew and loved!

What Did Adriana Lima Previously Say About Her Appearance After Looking 'Unrecognizable' At November 2023 Premiere?

The mom-of-three addressed the change in her appearance in an interview with Harper's Bazaar Arabia at the end of last year, as well as on social media, ultimately dismissing any plastic surgery rumors and simply blaming things like motherhood and getting older.

Lima said at the time: "I was in shock when I saw [the photos]. I was like, 'That's not me.' Everything was strange because I don't see myself like that. I still don't see myself like that … you can see yourself differently."

She added: "I didn't get offended or anything, though — I was laughing. The point is, I am not 16 years old. I started modeling at 16 but I will never be 16 again. I'm 42, and I'm the happiest I've been; the happiest with myself. I embrace my age and I will not change for anyone."

The day after the premiere, she took to Instagram to put an end to the plastic surgery rumors by captioning a makeup-free selfie: "The face of a tired mom of one teenage girl, two preteens, one active boy, a 1 year old learning to walk, and three dogs… thanks for your concern."

Nobody can deny that the Brazilian supermodel looks very different in pictures from the November 2023 premiere compared with pictures from the September 2024 premiere. And fans are adamant that the only explanation is that she – like many other A-listers – had her fillers dissolved!

"It dissolved lip fillers, melted unnecessary fillings on her cheekbones, melted jaw fillings, got rid of cheek and under-eye fillings and returned completely to her essence," one fan wrote on a Facebook post comparing before and after pictures of the model.

"Our old Adriana is back," wrote a second fan on social media, as a third said: "Adriana is such an icon, love her so much." A fourth didn't seem to care about the difference in her appearance, writing: "She was beautiful then and now."
