Rankin the same day, and a September 19 date was set.However, a status conference was held on September 18 where the Court heard from all parties in regards to resetting the sentencing once again.The Court found “good cause to vacate the sentencing” at the status conference, federal Court filings state, and the December 19 date was set.County 10 will provide updates on the case as they become available, which can be viewed here.</div></body>
