WNBA's Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese Announcement is Turning Heads

The 2024 WNBA season has been heavily focused on the two star rookies, Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever, and Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky. The two were in an intense battle for the Rookie of the Year award for a good portion of the season, before Clark began to slip away as the favorite.

That said, another player has easily been the best player this season, and has been the frontrunner for MVP all year. That player being Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson. These three players have made this season one of the best in league history. Now, as the regular season comes to an end, the three were honored with the WNBA's Peak Performers awards.

They were named to this list as they led the league in their respective categories. Wilson led the WNBA in scoring with 26.9 PPG, Clark led in assists with 8.4 per game, and Reese led the league in rebounds with a whopping 13.1 RPG.

For these two rookies to lead the league in any stat is incredible, but to be listed with a name like Wilson is an even bigger accomplishment. The WNBA is truly in great hands as the future only appears to be getting brighter.
