Senio Fair Coming to Yorktown on Tuesday

YORKTOWN, N.Y. — Two Senior Resource Fairs, hosted by Assemblyman Matt Slater, are coming to the area this fall with free events in Yorktown and Patterson.

The Yorktown fair will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m.-noon at the Jefferson Village Community Room, 3500 Hill Blvd. in Yorktown Heights. There will be a second fiar in Patterson on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m.-noon at the Rec Center on 65 Front Street in Patterson

The Senior Resource Fair is dedicated to offering a range of valuable resources and services to Yorktown’s senior community, caregivers, and their families. The event will include vendors from local, county, state, and federal organizations and businesses including elder care attorneys, medicare specialists, transportation services, assisted living facilities, flu and vaccine shots, and more.

Light refreshments will be served. There is no cost for either event.
