Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor put on a united front Friday as they met outside their former family home with their 3-year-old son, Cruz, amid their “difficult” divorce .
The exes appeared to be doing a custody exchange at the Los Angeles residence, as Cartwright, 35, waved at her son while Taylor, 45, carried him away from her.
She appeared to be in high spirits and smiled as she waved at her son, who was facing her as he clung to his father’s chest.
The “Valley” star, who filed for divorce from Taylor on Aug. 27, dressed comfortably in gray sweats and a white T-shirt that read, “It’s Lit.”
Her fellow “Vanderpump Rules” alum wore jeans and a gray tee with a black baseball cap turned backward. In addition to carrying Cruz, he toted along his sippy cup and beige bookbag.
Cruz, meanwhile, rocked shorts, a forest green tee and black Nike sneakers.
Page Six reached out to the stars’ rep for comment.
Taylor reunited with Cruz in late August after spending about a month in a rehab facility to work on his mental health.
“It’s been a lot to process and an emotional time for me, however I’ve come home to my son with a new found sense of peace,” Taylor wrote on Instagram when he exited the treatment center.
“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared for the future but my focus is just trying to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday.”
