MIAMISBURG, OH - A new restaurant has opened in the city.

Earlier this month, the new restaurant SushiNero - which is located in Miamisburg at 20 S 1st St - opened for business. According to the restaurant's social media account, SushiNero had its soft opening on September 12 and its grand opening on September 20. The new restaurant offers Japanese-Spanish fusion cuisine.

The restaurant's menu includes sushi rolls that range from $7 to $14. Check out rolls like the Iberian roll (which is filled with shrimp tempura, plantain, avocado, and hot sauce and topped with seared steak, chimichurri, crispy garlic, and togarashi) and the Flamenco roll, which is a California roll topped with ahi tuna, Faroe salmon, hamachi, avocado, shrimp, and saffron aioli.

SushiNero also offers tapas and otsumami (snacks that are typically served with alcoholic drinks) that range from $6 to $12. Options include a paella egg roll, spicy tuna bites, fried pork dumplings, Thai fried chicken that is served with a side of cilantro chili dipping sauce, Japanese fried chicken, Korean fried chicken that is covered in a tangy sweet chili gochujang sauce, hamachi crudo (which consists of yellowtail sashimi, cucumber, garlic ginger ponzu, crispy garlic, Valencia oranges, and jalapeno), and takoyaki.

If you have room for something sweet, the restaurant offers matcha tiramisu ($7) and mochi ice cream ($5; you can get vanilla or matcha).

Here is what a local guide had to say about the new addition to Miamisburg in a Google review:

Amazing new sushi resteraunt with several unique rolls on the menu. Jayce was an awesome waitress and was very knowledgeable with the selections. The drink menu is unique with their own homemade natural sweetened sodas. The prices were very affordable. I ordered the whole left side of the menu, and was impressed with every thing we tried.

    Another customer wrote:

We tried several dishes on our 1st visit, and we will definitely return to try more! The standouts were the Japanese fried chicken and the Hamachi Crudo. Perfectly portioned to share and amazing unique flavors.

The space is cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

If you want to check out the new restaurant, you can find it at 20 S 1st St, Miamisburg, OH 45342.

The new restaurant is open 4 days a week, Wednesday to Saturday from 4 PM to 9 PM. It's closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
