The San Francisco 49ers have had a wild start to their 2024-25, and most of it hasn't been good. They've been hit hard with the injury bug after they placed RB Christian McCaffrey on IR last week and then followed him up with wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who will miss a couple of weeks. That doesn't include first-round pick WR Ricky Pearsall, who is still recovering from a gunshot wound to the chest in a robbery attempt in San Francisco.

Tight end George Kittle is doubtful and will probably miss the game against the Los Angeles Rams. Superstar DL Nick Bosa and cornerback Charvarius Ward are questionable and will be a game-time decision.

The 49er fans usually show up at the sportsbooks, and they have again. Even with so many injuries, the 49ers line has increased, as they are now favored by -7 points on the road.

To be fair, the Rams have struggled this year with injuries, and Kupp is a big loss for Los Angeles. Most of their offense goes through Kupp. He was originally supposed to go on IR, but it ended up being a high ankle sprain. The Rams tight end, Davis Allen, is also going to miss the 49er game due to a back injury. WR Nuca Pacua was placed on IR in week one, but most feel he will be out for at least 5-7 weeks. Here are the injury reports for both teams.
