Virginia General Hospital viewers anticipate something wicked related to Sidwell (Carlo Rota). On Friday, he and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) invited Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) back to his compound, where he is holding Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) hostage.
