I see what you're saying..but..if you think about it there is a ton of actual paid professional NFL players that have hair like that, or other conventionally unprofessional styles, and he's also a teacher (of football) at a high school where he has all these kids that look up to these players, dreaming of being like them. It's also the culture. He's not in the boardroom all day... he's on the field with teenagers. I'm sure it's his personal style as well, of course, but any way a teacher can connect with the kids they teach/coach they'll do. If he had a white collar job, it would matter more to the higher-ups, but they hired him like this, so they set the standard of what is/isn't professional for high school football. His passion for the kids is what they care about most. 😊
