‘Barktoberfest’ held along Chicago Riverwalk

CHICAGO — Along Chicago’s Riverwalk, WGN’s Sean Lewis found a snoot to boop.

A whole troop on four legs not wanting to let the dog days of summer go just yet made the Chicago Riverwalk home Saturday for Barktoberfest.

“Pups pet club” was one of those bringing dogs and their humans together for Barktoberfest, as humans enjoyed brews with some kick and canines lapped up some dog-friendly brews, enjoyed a “pupuccino” and — as far as we could tell — got their toe beans read by a “paw-fesional” paw reader.

A fortunate way to spend time with their best friend.
