Multiple people, including teen, slashed in Brooklyn home: NYPD

GERRITSEN BEACH, Brooklyn (PIX11) — Six people were slashed in a home early Sunday morning in Gerritsen Beach, police say.

A little after 6 a.m., police were called to a home near Fane Court and Everett Avenue, according to authorities.

Officers say they found a 30-year-old woman slashed in the face, a 29-year-old woman slashed in the hand, a 16-year-old girl slashed in the arm, a 37-year-old man slashed in the face, another man in his 30’s slashed in the neck and wrist, and a 19-year-old boy slashed in the hand.

The victims were transported to different hospitals but are all in stable condition. It was not immediately made clear whether all of the victims lived in the home.

Police say they’re looking for two men in connection with the slashings and are still investigating a motive.
