JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Johnson City Public Art has installed three new street art pieces in a breezeway downtown that were created by local artists.

The artworks were created during this year’s Art-Struck Festival’s “Street Art Throwdown” event. Three artists created their own graffiti-style pieces on their own 8′ x 6′ wooden fence panel.
